Exchange and returns<\/strong><\/p>\n

Should you for any reason find the purchased product unsuitable, you can exchange it for any other product within 14 days upon receipt.<\/p>\n

For a successful exchange, the product you wish to exchange must be sent back undamaged in the original packaging, with any accessories and documentation it was originally delivered with, and with a receipt or other document proving\u00a0the product has been purchased\u00a0from the company\u00a0Pletix d.o.o.<\/p>\n

You can submit an exchange request via\u00a0e-mail\u00a0webshop@pletix.hr<\/a>, containing the\u00a0\u00a0number of your\u00a0order, a code or description of the item you wish to exchange, and\u00a0information (code or description)\u00a0about the product you would like to exchange the previously ordered product for.<\/p>\n

The first exchange is\u00a0free of charge.<\/strong>
\nFor the first exchange, we order a delivery service to your address at our expense. For any subsequent exchange of the same order\u00a0or item, the customer, or buyer\u00a0will be charged for delivery.<\/p>\n

In the event of the package being damaged during delivery (such damage is visible upon receipt of the package), please do not accept the delivery, but please contact us so we can assess\u00a0the condition of the package asap, and deliver a new one if necessary.<\/p>\n

In compliance with the Consumer Protection Law, you have a right, on your part,\u00a0to terminate the product purchasing contract with company Pletix d.o.o., without specifying the reasons for the termination, within 14 days of product delivery, or last delivery of an item from your order.<\/p>\n

A refund can be claimed by filling out the form available in the link above and by e-mailing it to the following e-mail address :\u00a0webshop@pletix.hr<\/a>.
\nUpon receipt of your e-mailed form, our customer service will give you an address you can return the\u00a0package to. Once we have received the package,\u00a0we can then administer the refund.<\/p>\n

The buyer\/customer will be charged for the return delivery expense.<\/p>\n

The refund will be made the same way you have made the payment. The exception is with payment upon receipt, where money will be refunded to the account number you provide for the refund transaction.<\/p>\n

In the event of contract cancellation, both sides are obliged to return to the other what they\u00a0have received according to the contract, in\u00a0compliance with the Consumer Protection Law. We will refund your money, after the goods have been returned. The return should be made without delay, and within 14 days of having submitted the request for a one-way contract cancellation.<\/p>\n

Please note that you will be held responsible for any damage made to the value of the product you received as aresult of handling it, except for that which is\u00a0neccessary to establish the nature, details and functionality of the product.
